Day one: the idea
We’re building this one in the open.
The plan isn’t to launch a finished brand and hope. It’s to share the whole process — the sketches, the questions, the false starts — and let the story find its people as it grows. This is the first entry.
Right now we’re testing one big question: do people want to collect the characters, or follow their story? Both, hopefully. We’ll post as we learn.
